After the ten years of people’s war Maoist had entered into the peace process. Seven political parties and Maoist became agree to do peace process holding the constituent assembly. Facing many obstacles the government held the constituent assembly. As a result Maoist brought the high score in the constituent assembly making down to the other political parties. In the leadership of Maoist newly government composed in which Nepali congress decide to remain as the major opposition party.

Now in course of the time Maoist has become the driver of the Nepalese government while others are the passengers of the government. But now political parties are debating with each other and also within the own party. They are accusing each other and being senior of all. Form the current event of Maoist we can evaluate that Maoist has still not left to murder and give torture to the civil people either they are from city or of remote areas.

Just they have killed two youths and captured the crops of the people. This shows that the one who labors hard are deprived of consuming the labor.

Maoist who is leading the government is in the conflict within its own party. Two different systems are presented by the president and the Prime Minister Prachanda and the effective Maoist leader Mohan Baidhya Kiran. These two leaders tell their cadres that their assumed system is suitable to implement in the case of the new Nepal.

They have presented their own proposal in the meeting held by the party. This shows that Maoist, the leading party is itself in dilemma, which system is suitable to implement. They themselves haven’t the clear cut vision about how to go and run the country.

There is another debate between political parties about the integration of people liberation Army (PLA). Nepali congress, the opposition party is against the integration of PLA in the Nepalese army where Maoist debates in this statement. Another party CPN-UML is in the favor that this case should be solves in cooperation and close collaboration.

The duration to write the constitution is of two years but the political parties are in their own way. They are not working in the welfare of the people. They debate with each other for their own benefit. We should raise the question that they are so fluent in giving speech and assuring people in the due time of election.

Can’t they be clear about how to deal the in the country and give relief to the people on such a transitional period. Can’t they solve the problem silently without debating, which debate has disgusted the people and exhausted to listen the statement delivered by the so called political parties? Can’t they deal properly to their cadres properly? Then why they need the people in their party’s favor.

Is the political party’s duty to murder the innocent people and grab the crop which was grown by the people? They should change their behavior if they want the people’s welfare and they want to rule the country. Are political parties formed only to debate and rule the country? Do they not have to care the people? They should not make the society corrupted. If we display the history of thee Nepalese society can we find any development programs held regularly and without doing corruption? Who is responsible to make the country corrupted and make renowned as the country of corruption, pollution and so on in the world.

Nepal has many resources. If these resources can be utilized will not people get many facilities or these should be damaged doing debate forever. It is essential that political parties should debate to somehow and in useful things but is it necessary to debate in unnecessary things also forever.

Political parties had created a situation for people to assume that no political parties will work in the favor of the people. In the war Maoist use to blame that government failure for development in the country and giving education useful only to the bourgeoisie. But today they had come in the ruling field. Have they thought that thing which they used to think before?
So, it is very important for political parties to think that their activities however are in the favor of people or for their own sake. Political parties are formed to do such works which are useful for the civil society. It is the most challenging issue for the political parties of Nepal into the peace process.
